About our care

We provide specialist care for men and women whom – due to long term chaotic lifestyles coupled with extensive misuse of alcohol and other drugs – are now experiencing many of the problems normally associated with extreme old age, including forms of dementia, mental, emotional and physical ill health.

Mary Chiyanike
Director

Mary, a Registered Mental Nurse and Willow Homes Director with a Hons BSc Mental Health Nursing degree, has extensive experience in various health and social care settings, including acute mental health units and substance misuse care, and has been a Regional Lead Nurse for a substance misuse charity and is a strategic and compassionate leader committed to providing high-quality patient-centred care in line with National Service Frameworks, NICE, National Drug Strategy and Essence of Care initiatives.

Maud Mkandla
Service Manager

Maud is a Registered Learning Disability Nurse with extensive knowledge in child development, learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, and dementia and has years of experience leading a countywide team in the NHS and is now the Service Manager at Willow Homes overseeing successful service delivery and tailoring care to individual needs.
